The crews are extremely professional, dependable, and knowledgeable when on the multifamily properties with Steve, the Operations Manager, who oversees all projects, getting them completed on time and within budget constraints. He is always quick to make recommendations and direction to any problems or issues that occur. Steve takes the time to make you aware of the situation and explain the proper steps that it will take to resolve.

 

I served as the HOA president of a subdivision in Cedar Lake, IN and hired Priority Landscape to maintain our property (lawn care, fertilization, irrigation, trimming and snow removal). Priority does yeoman’s work with integrity and respect. Our account manager was very responsive and the team that cared for our property was very respectful. I would recommend Priority to anyone.

 

I typically work with Rob, he is very helpful in getting contracts set up and especially when we need last-minute mowing due to municipality regulations and pending sales. Otherwise, I am overall, very satisfied with Priority and will continue to use them in the future.
