Managing the interests of the local homeowners is not as simple as it sounds. It can get bothersome, especially dealing with the individual issues that present themselves throughout the year. However, the one consistent issue any HOA board will always be dealing with is the community landscape. Everyone has a small piece of the pie, and everyone is invested in the general well being of the neighborhood. The quality of the outdoor landscape is paramount to attracting new buyers, and getting across the idea that your HOA is family friendly and safe. Let your landscape go bad, and you will struggle to keep homes from flying onto the market.
