Not all landscape management is about aesthetic appeal. In commercial landscaping, and specifically that of industrial facilities, the focus is far more functional. Our job is to ensure that a worker can get from Point A to Point B, quickly and safely. We also want these workers to come to the industrial facility feeling well, and the best way to do that is with a uniform scene when they arrive on site. Workers are generally plugging away, and our team has found ways to be creative in adding amenities that these employees love.
Safety: The Priority of Priority
On the property of an industrial facility there is nothing more important than safety. The property needs to be well lit, with defined pathways to traverse the property. It should feel safe at night, with no worries of a slip or fall. In order to deter criminal activity like trespassing or vandalism, the property should also be private. This privacy can also create a feeling of safety, through lines of either trees or shrubs. With Priority you can use your landscape to create a fortress.
I just wanted to reach out and say Jackie Mueller has been fantastic and flexible based on our needs. It is far too often in our line of work that “quiet” or “silence” is the methodology for judging if things are good. She has been, flexible, responsive, communicative, and proactive. Truly refreshing to work with an individual that mirrors the level of service that we provide to our federal government clients.
