For the past four years, Mallard Bay has been a valued addition to our maintenance portfolio. Its sister property, Brickshire, is located just down the road. The owners and managers of these properties take great pride in maintaining their buildings and surroundings, always striving to enhance the experience for their tenants. One of the key aspects of their safety measures is the removal of mature bushes and trees, which were replaced with low-maintenance landscaping around the buildings and entrances. Although this approach can be more costly, they recognize that spending a little extra upfront can save significant maintenance costs in the future.
